Join Us for an Open House to learn more about the proposed UrbanStar Horse Creek Conceptual Scheme.

Planning and Design is currently in progress on this new residential community. No application have currently been made and we would like to take this opportunity to host a community conversation.

The Open House will introduce the proposed design and discuss the possible infrastructure and servicing upgrades. This event will be a drop-in opportunity to speak with our engagement team.

Doors open at 5:00pm and the event will run until 8:00pm. Wednesday June 22nd, 2022.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Open House.

We will be accepting feedback until Wednesday July 6th at which time we will begin the process of creating a “What We Heard” Report. This report provides a record of the conversations our team has had with the public and details how the comments were addressed in the design.

Once complete the “What We Heard” Report will be submitted to Rocky View County and a copy of it will be made available here on our website

On October 3, 2022, we submitted the proposed Conceptual Scheme and Land Use Redesignation application to Rocky View County for their review. You can download the proposed Conceptual Scheme here.
